Stuck in the snow - part two (the next day)

After a night under the Northern Lights (see part one here) we continued digging ourselves out. For a few hours more, and finally we managed to get moving, for a few meters, passed the deep snow, stopped to celebrate, and the car turned herself off only to not start again. After a while trying different things, I remembered a trick I've been told which consist in hammering the starter (gently) while trying to start the car. Worked wonders, and off we went.

As we woke up, we still had to dig ourselves out

Not a soul in sight, nobody drove past while we were stuck. A Nissan Patrol on fat tires finally came by round lunch time though, a few minutes after we managed to get unstuck...
